Camping in the Safe Zone

Welcome to the Safe Zone

As you arrive at POX-ECLIPSE you’ll be directed to our ‘safe zone’ for camping. This area is outside the township where you’ll find flat and fertile lands to set up your camp.

There are no bookable plots, but there is plenty of space. So you should be able to setup your camp and leave room for other survivors if they are joining you later.

Safe zone camping does not have power or running water, but you will find toilets. The township has even thrown some lights out there to help find your way back to safety.

Fires are not permitted and we ask you take ownership of your own rubbish. leave recycling (cans and bottles) in the bins provided and pack your general waste and take it with you.

You’ll find the safe zone and township are about a short and flat 400-meter walk between the two areas.

We’re all in this together, so look after your campmates.

The township is a short walk from the campsite. It’s the place to meet and greet, grab a drink, find entertainment, trade and barter, tell tall tales, dance with other survivors and relax from travelling.

Our camping area is the place to rest.

You’ve already survived the apocalypse, don’t switch off your survival skills in the Wasteland.

  • Vehicles should not be moved once your camp is established

  • Ensure your vehicle is parked on flat and stable ground, with brakes engaged and that you do not place your tent in front or behind your vehicle
