Become a Clan!

If you have four marauders or more in your posse, you can start a post-apocalyptic Clan and have your camp situated within our city walls. Clan’s contribute to Pox-Eclipse through creating an immersive experience or activity for their fellow wastelanders, while also adding to the overall aesthetic of the event. This means your camp MUST be themed to suit whichever post-apocalyptic timeline your Clan resides.

Be a Grease Monkey!

If you have a post-apocalyptic vehicle, you can take refuge within the Black Thumb Quarter and camp with a gaggle of grease monkeys.

Does your Clan have a vehicle? All vehicles must be themed and registered with our MFP to roam within the city walls.

Trade Your Craft!

Do you craft wares appropriate to survival and decoration in the wasteland of the apocalypse? Set up shop in Barter Town and camp with your fellow merchants. Make some cold hard bottle-caps to trade for real world cash at our City Bank. Merchant stalls need to be fully self sufficient, including sanitation requirements, power can be supplied at a small extra fee.


All merchants are required to purchase a ticket to the event. Stall costs range between $40 & $80 depending on the size of your stall. Event tickets and stall fees, including any costs involved with running power to your stall, must be purchased and paid for within the prescribed timeframe prior to the event. 

All merchants are required to have public liability insurance. In necessary, Pox-Eclipse can provide PLI at a cost (estimated at approx. $80) that must be paid in full by the merchant before arrival to the event.


All merchants are required to have suitable COVID-19 awareness training.

Perform!

If you have a special talent that might fit within the fabric of the Pox-Eclipse, whether it be pyromania, cataclysmic cabaret or sonic decimation, we have an array of Venues within our City and we’re excited to consider any application that wants to enter the Pox-Eclipse Family.


Given the visual nature of our event, it’s a great place get videos and photos of your performance, you may also get media coverage, and bands and performers are encouraged to sell their merchandise in our Barter Town.


As this is our inaugural event, official performers on our Main Stage and other venues are not paid, but do receive a range of benefits;- like provision of food and drink at the event.
